AJJS offers our clients an efficient professional service at a reasonable price. AJJS Auditors Pty Ltd will provide a desktop audit from the documentation required by legislation from the occupier or the occupier representative in line with Risk Management Plan.
Documentation required from the previous 12-month period.
- Current valid Risk Management Plan for the cooling water system
- Including pictures of the unique identification number attached to each cooling tower
- Local government proof that the Risk Management Plan was received by council (if Possible)
- Service dockets, or invoices to prove that repair works that are in the Risk Management Plan have been completed
- Any communication from the local council relating to the Cooling Water System
- Monthly report covering the following items: –
- 12 Inspection – Maintenance (including servicing)
- 12 Chemical analysis – Microbial testing (for Legionella count and heterotrophic colony count).
